Formula Student

Formula Student is a construction competition between sutdents from all around the world. Teams of students build racing cars acording to given regulations.

Those prototypes are designed, build and tested by the teams, who then compete at events against each other.

In general, there are two different cathegories in which team can compete, meaning the events consist of three "static" and five "dynamic" disciplines. The static cathegories are a business plan presentation event, a cost and manufacturing event and an engeneering design event. The dynamic events consist of Endurance, Efficiency, Autocross, Skid Pad and Accelaration.

More information about this competition can be found at www.formulastudent.de.
